At Omega's recreational classes gymnasts are introduced to a variety of skills including floor, beam, vault, and bars, while also learning the importance of flexibility and endurance. We believe that building a strong physical and mental foundation through gymnastics can be an excellent opportunity to help your child excel.
Gymnastics is a platform to build and strengthen ones’ confidence, self-discipline and positive self-image.
Our gym programs are designed to safely and gradually help your child grow and improve their physical strength over time. We use fundamental body movements to build a range of motor and coordination skills, and assists in developing a good sense of body awareness.. These skills are valuable and transferable to all other sports.
At Omega we offer a variety of classes for boys and girls, ages 18 months and older. All of our classes are taught by certified instructors that have passed their safety and background checks as well as their CPR and first aid certifications. Browse through our class descriptions and find a class that suits your child's needs. If you are not sure which is the best fit, ask us about our trial classes.

As a parent, nothing is more important than watching your child participate in the activities they love, but keeping up with the registration and equipment costs can be HARD. Believe me, we get it! Which is why we Omega works with Jumpstart and Kidsport to help you get the funding you need to support your childs fitness activities!
Applications for assistance can be submitted from;
January 15 to June 1 for Spring/Summer Programs
July 1 to November 1 for Fall/Winter Programs
The total funding that each qualified child can receive in any one submission period (e.g., spring/summer for baseball, fall/winter for hockey) will vary based on Chapter budgets and demand.
Grants are provided directly to the non-profit or charitable organization coordinating the sport or recreational activity on behalf of the qualifying child. Your child must be registered in classes to be eligible for funding of any kind.
