Omega Gymnastics takes precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
The Omega Gymnastics website use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. To make purchases from the Omega Gymnastics Online Store or register online for programs, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it’s transmitted over the Internet. You can help us by also taking precautions to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often using a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you use a secure web browser like Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Omega Gymnastics has safeguards in place to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date for the purposes for which it is used. Naturally, you always have the right to access and correct the personal information you have provided. You can help us ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by requesting a copy of your personal information, your program registration history, and your interactions with our staff by contacting us at the email addresses below.

Our companywide commitment to your privacy
An annual Gymnastics British Columbia registration fee is due at the time of registration. $40/child for Recreational, $175 for Team Omega, $200 for all over competitive programs. This covers the insurance of your child, and yearly Omega membership fees. One registration fee per year (September1-August31) Memberships are non refundable and non transferable. Proof of payment is required for all refunds. If there is no proof of payment we can only credit your account with the approved amount.
When paying by cheque, the full amount is due 48 hours after registration. If paying monthly, then fees are due at the 1st of every month, All sessions cheques must be post dated. If accounts are paid after the first of the month there will be a 3% late fee applied to the account balance. Accounts that become 30 days overdue will be considered grounds for collections action. There is a $35.00 returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank. If a check is returned by the bank, or you are late with payments, Omega gymnastics will require automatic credit card payments from that point forward. No refunds will be given. A credit will be applied on your account. Fees are subject to 5% GST. We accept cash, cheques, debit, Visa & Mastercard..All payment plan and cheque cancellations must be approved by management. Payment plan cancellation requests may take up to 10 business days to process.The gym is closed for all statutory holidays. Closure due to weather or circumstances beyond our control may not always result in a make up class.
All members are eligible for an 80% refund if the session has not started. And a $20 processing fee is applied.
Payments in full: 30 days written notice. No refund eligibility available for these following dates:
Fall session: January 1st (Week 16)
Winter/Spring session: May 1st (Week 16)
$20 fee for all Switched classes.
Monthly payments: A 30-day written notice PLUS 30 days of fees must be paid to the office after your last class.
Failure to pay the final amount owing within 30 days of your recieved invoice will automatically get charged through to collections. Fall session: no refunds to be issued after December 1st. Winter/Spring session: No refunds after May 1st. Summer session: no refunds after August 1st. The only exception to the refund policy is for withdrawals due to medical reasons when a valid doctor’s note is provided.
No refunds will be given for any birthday parties.
Birthday parties may be transferred to a different date or time without loss of the deposit until two weeks before the party.
No Refunds will be given to any drop ins or field trip classes.
No refunds will be given for any sleepover
Refunds for 80% of the camp fees will only be given with a minimum 2 weeks notice of cancellation. Pro-rated refunds are NOT given for days absent or for any other reasons including injury or illness. All refund requests made 2 weeks in advance of the start of the camp must be submitted in writing to the office.
Liability Release Form
The parent/guardian gives FULL permission for Staff at Omega gymnastics to register their child up for classes over the phone. All legal/privacy are read,understood and are under affect/obliged by parent. All legal et. all is in effect when yearly Membership/GBC is paid. In consideration of allowing the previously-declared participant(s) to begin participation at Omega gymnastics, any activity on the premises and property, the undersigned, for themselves, and/or being the legal and acting guardian of participant, acting for themselves and on behalf of the participant, release and hold harmless Omega gymnastics, its owners, officers, employees, and agents of and from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises upon which Omega gymnastics. is conducted, or any premises under the control and supervision of Omega gymnastics, its owners, officers, employees, or agents or in route to or from any of said premises, or while at any premises or place when activities sponsored by or participated in by Omega gymnastics, its owners, officers, agents, or employees.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical activities can involve motion, rotation, and height in a unique environment and as such carries with it a certain assumption of risk. The undersigned and the participant(s) choose to voluntarily enter upon said premises under the control of said corporation, knowing their present condition and knowing that said condition may become more hazardous and dangerous during the time the participant or the undersigned is upon said premises. The undersigned and the participant(s) voluntarily assume any and all risks of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the participant(s) and/or the undersigned or any property owner by them while on or upon said premises described above. Omega gymnastics may but shall not be obliged to carry insurance on the participant(s), and the existence of insurance shall not change, alter, or increase the liability of the corporation to the participant and the undersigned or affect the terms of this Release.Waiver forms are used in special occasions such as field trips and group classes; the undersigned acknowledge:
1a. That he/she has read thoroughly and understands completely, the terms of Registration and Release and signs it voluntarily.
1b. That the undersigned signing either for themselves, or as Legal Guardian is, in fact, the true and legal guardian and has the consent of the participant.
Gym Rules and Regulations
Athletes must come prepared for class and arrive on time. No jewelry, long sleeve shirts or jeans. Athletes are asked to wait outside the gym for their classes to start before entering the gym. A coach will come to the front area and call upon the group. No use of the equipment is permitted unless under the supervision of their coach. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES and outdoor footwear are allowed in the gym area, this includes chewing gum and candy. Only athletes participating in a class are permitted to enter the gym. Parents and siblings are welcome to stay and watch from the viewing area.
The undersigned gives permission for Omega gymnastics owners, officers, employees, and/or agents to seek emergency medical treatment for the participant(s) in the event they are unable to reach any parent or guardian. The Parent/guardian also agrees that they themselves will be responsible for any financial debt incurred by said action.
The parent/guardian understand that their child’s likeness may be used in Omega gymnastics ads, promotional videos, website material, or various other marketing. These images will be used for Omega gymnastics purposes only, and will not be given or sold to outside companies or individuals.
Team Omega Rules
Team O payments are due on the first of every month. Any late payments after the 1st are automatically charged $35 late fees. Team O participants are required to complete in 3 competitions/year which are chosen by the head coach. Late fees apply to those who register their child up for the competition later than the due date. A written notice is required for those athletes who withdraw before the end of the semester (June) and 30-calandar days of fees will be charged. The only exception to the refund policy is for withdrawals due to medical reasons when a valid doctor’s note is provided.
All Team O athletes are required to be in the yearly group Team picture.
All Team O athletes are required to purchase a bodysuit and any other teamwear.
All Team O athletes are required to have a beam and floor routine.
All Team O athletes are required to participate in at least one fundraising activity
